Shipping Details
- We ship to all locations across India.
- Shipping is free on all orders.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select cities in India.
- COD is not available for orders worth Rs. 5000 & above.
- Cashback offers apply only to prepaid orders and not to COD orders.
- A minimum of 1 product must be purchased to complete the order.
- All product MRPs include applicable taxes, as per government laws.
Payment & Refund Information:
- Our leading courier partners handle shipping and COD services.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the order.
- Customers can modify the shipping address only before the product is packed. After packing, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- In case of non-receipt of the order within the stipulated period, please file a complaint at info@snix.co.in with your order number.
